Larry Wigger

Larry’s nearly twenty years of construction supply chain and operations management experience give him valuable insight into organizational development and transformation.  Larry is frequently in demand for his strong communications skills, keen strategic insight, and ability to lead difficult negotiations.  A proven innovator, he has been recognized for facilitating break-through collaboration in supply chain improvement, value-engineering, and diversity inclusion.  Larry has reinforced his professional experience with Master’s degrees in Supply Chain Management and Business Administration.  After spending his formative years in Asia Larry has a unique ability to engage a broad spectrum of individuals.  Larry and his wife reside in the Washington, DC area, where he enjoys competitive ocean yacht racing.  More information about Larry’s experience (.doc).

Jim FurisJim Furis

Jim has twenty-five years experience in business development and relationship management with Fortune 500 clients. He has sold and managed building projects in 41 states and 14 countries including Ukraine, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Haiti. Jim has worked with national retailers such as BP, Bovis Lend Lease, ChevronTexaco, Circle K, Jiffy Lube, K Mart, Murphy USA, Shell Oil, Sunoco and Valvoline to rapidly develop new markets and expand existing markets through application of modular building technology. Jim Evans

Jim has provided strong leadership to organizations for nearly three decades.  Shortly after graduating from West Point he served as commander of an Army Special Forces high-altitude parachute team.  Jim accepted a position in the Chicago financial markets after earning an MBA from Duke University in 1992.  While working at Bank One he was called away by the National Guard to lead an SF team on a 6-month peacekeeping mission to Haiti.  Recently Jim served as a senior executive at Lend Lease, an international property development firm.  He directed a 300-person project management business spanning 15 countries.   He also assisted in founding, staffing and leading Actus Lend Lease, the largest military family housing privatization developer in the country.  Jim is married with 5 children and his family resides in Downers Grove, IL.  He currently manages a 1,600 acre family farm operation.

Tom Glatz

With over twenty years of professional construction and engineering experience, Tom is a master at achieving sustainable solutions while minimizing total cost of ownership.  Tom is in high demand with current and former clients for his proven value-engineering abilities and his leadership on sustainability initiatives.  His engineering expertise and repeated ability to deliver break-through results on challenging national and international programs make him an integral part of this team and our solutions.  Tom resides in the Pittsburgh, PA area with his wife and son and enjoys exposure to new work environments.  More information about Tom’s experience (.doc).

Patrick Seiden

A resident of the Boston, MA area, Patrick’s recent Special Forces service has included multiple leadership roles in Afghanistan and Iraq with a focus on security operations .  In the civil sector Patrick has over 25 years experience in diver-supported, marine construction, with a main focus on near-shore, underwater construction. Projects have include detailed underwater surveys resulting in inspection reports or bids to undertake repairs of submerged structures, wharf/pier rehabilitation, deep pipe penetration inspection and repair, submarine cable crossings/recovery/repair (MBTA, Nstar, MDC), confined space operations and full-range of utility/industrial diving. In the mid 1990’s Patrick served a 6-month tour in southwestern Haiti as part of a SF detachment with a mission to maintain a safe and secure environment for elections.

Jim Nimon

With over twenty-two years of construction management experience, Jim has the broad range of relevant experiences our development mission requires.  Jim has worked as a Job Developer and Trainer for a Community Action Program and holds Teaching Certificates in NJ, including Social Studies, English, and Building Trades.  He built affordable housing projects for a social service agency using an “at-risk” adult population consisting of former offenders seeking construction training as a condition of parole.  A Marine Corp veteran, Jim’s service to his country included multiple overseas tours, Presidential Service Duty and Top Secret Security Clearance.  Jim resides in Northern NJ and looks forward to travel.  More information about Jim’s experience (.doc).

Brad Clinkingbeard

Brad’s nearly twenty-five years of construction industry and program management experiences have equipped him to succeed in every new challenge encountered.  Brad has successfully led multiple high-volume construction programs, with notable cost reduction and schedule improvements.  His clients value his attention to detail, hands-on approach, and get it done attitude.  Brad’s experiences include successful panelized construction programs on residential, medical, and commercial applications.  Brad and his wife and two sons currently reside in the Chicago, IL area and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.  More information about Brad’s experience (.doc).

Fritz Beauzile

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Fritz entered the United States in 1974 and joined the US Army in 1978.  Throughout his twenty-year military career, Fritz proved himself a strong team member, including frequent leadership roles.  Fritz was selected by the Department of the Army to be a member of the Joint Task Force and United Nations Mission on several occasions.  He served as Culture and Linguist Advisor during Operation Uphold Democracy in Haiti.  His accomplishments have included leading 24 soldiers and managing over a million dollars of equipment in Kuwait.  True to his Ranger training and experience, Fritz is an individual who can learn and adapt easily to any situation, in any environment.  Furthermore, Fritz combines his professionalism and sense of teamwork to bring a high degree of focus on quality, customer satisfaction and excellence to each challenge he faces.  More information about Fritz’s experience (.doc).

Denis Hope-Ross

Denis brings a wide skill set to the team with relevant experience in real estate, information technology, construction and manufacturing.  He is able to use limited resources to maximum potential with innovative solutions.  Denis is an experienced leader with proven results in process improvement, productivity and employee morale. Having been raised on the Caribbean island of Trinidad he brings a unique understanding of local culture.  Denis, his wife and their two children live just outside of Annapolis MD where he enjoys competitive sailing and coaching his son’s rugby team. Margaret Van Voast

Margaret began her construction career over 28 years ago working for a small plumbing and mechanical contractor in NYC before shifting focus to construction and program management by working for one of the world’s largest construction management firms.  In 2005, she left the corporate venue and formed Titian Partners LLC, a woman-owned small business specializing in construction program and project planning, design development management combined with “in the trenches “ onsite project management, contract administration and coordination services for all project phases. J. Kent Stoneburner

Kent brings over twenty three years of operational, construction, and manufacturing experience in the role of senior supply chain manager. He is a successful, results driven, senior engineering management executive who has met the challenges of multiple industries in a broad range of positions related to business performance, supplier management and risk assurance including development and implementation of operational strategies, system conversions, budgeting, planning and analysis, reporting, and strategic procurement. A tactical expert with extensive knowledge in supplier development processes, risk management, quality assurance and project management, Kent has extensive experience in sourcing and implementing strategic supply arrangements in low-cost countries.  Kent is passionate about providing value added services by identifying waste and defects in processes and systems and then delivering innovative solutions that reduce cost, strengthen risk management and maximize earnings. Stuart Morton

Stuart brings more than 20 years of commercial construction experience as a hands-on Superintendent and General Contractor.  He has completed work for the California School system, Polo, Cole Haan, J-Crew, Prada, Sunglass Hut, Coach and more.  His years of California building have made him familiar with the various code requirements relative to earthquake zones.  An Eagle Scout, avid adventurer and “get-it-done” attitude are welcomed attributes.  Read more about Stu’s experience…

Doug Myers

Master electricians are apparenly in short supply in Haiti and Doug has proven himself invaluable.  His extensive technical expertise, including forensic analysis of unfamiliar and questionable systems, combined with his easy going demeanor make him an ideal team member in challenging environments.  Doug’s patience and compassion equip him to be the ideal teacher and mentor and his “apprentices” appear daily without recruitment!  Read more about Doug’s experience…
